I would like to post this morning's entry from my personal journal:
Anne Graham Lotz wrote in the introduction of her book Just Give Me Jesus:
Feed me, nourish me, quench my thirst, rejuvenate me, rekindle my fire, strengthen me in my weakness, establish my footsteps...
You are my everything. I will praise You. Thank You for gentle reminders. I am Yours! And absolutely nothing can yank me from Your grip. And now Your peace and comfort come like a cool refreshing blanket of snow.
My time with You just replaced #1 on my "To Do" List.
Anne Graham Lotz wrote in the introduction of her book Just Give Me Jesus:
My duties and responsibilities at times seem overwhelming and my schedule is overfilled. But I don't want a vacation, I don't want to quit, I don't want sympathy, I don't want money, I don't want recognition, I don't want to escape, I don't even want a miracle! ... just give me Jesus. Please!Yes Lord! And now I feel Your tug. This week has been a muddled type of week. At times I have felt aimless and yet tasks are being accomplished. I have felt lost yet all of the socks have matches and the days are opening and closing just as they should. So as I sit here this morning with a half-accomplished "TO DO" list, I just want You!! Despite the frustratons and the beckoning list and the desperation outside of my four walls- JUST GIVE ME YOU!!
